Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fiona Adventures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the instructions for sending your item back.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same method as your original payment (for Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal care products, undergarments, or opened packaging on consumables.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
